Base Pay Rate: $18.55 - $20.00/hr.

Schedule: 

• Flexible hours 
• 12- 10- 8- 6-5-4 hours shift

Care Delivery: 

To provide the highest quality of care to Allegiant Home Care an AccordCare company clients utilizing the Plan of Care provided to ensure clients' needs are met in relation to safety, well-being and satisfaction. 

• Help patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily tasks. 
• Perform basic health care services for patients including checking vital signs or administering prescription medication. 
• Help with general light housekeeping.
